Where does the time go, it’s already the busy time of our year.  After the month of May, where we visited the Mercer Middle School on May 2nd, rode in the Firefighters parade on May 3rd, went to the Greenwood Baptist church on May 17th, and finally on May 27th, we had 14 who participated in the Memorial Day parade in D C.  We also paid our tributes to several of our fallen comrades.  Busy month!!!

June will also be a challenge for us.  Fund raiser on June 7th & 8th, our trip to the World War 2 Memorial at Bedford, VA on June 18th, lastly on June 25th a

trip to D C where the Korean Embassy will conduct a ceremony at 9:30 a m, followed by a luncheon at the Korean Ambassador’s residence. Spouses and significant others are welcome for the trip to D C.  I will need the names of all who plan to go on the 25th to submit to National.

The Executive Board has been tasked with developing a program designed to get more Korean Defense veterans to come and be a part of our organization.  I will keep you advised on our progress, and foremost, how you as an individual can help carry out this program.  Hope to see you at our meetings or activities.  David Clark, Commander.
