Ray was an active member of the Brucetown United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Brucetown United Methodist Church, at 2161 Brucetown Rd, Clear brook, VA 22624. A visitation was held Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10am with a Livestream service at 11am, all held at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.

Sixteen members of KWVA Chapter 313 attended the service at Omps Funeral Home. The list included : Cmdr. Lew Ewing, Ray Ewing, Jack Keep, Marshall DeHaven, Gerald Lunt, Jack Kronenberger, Brett Osborn, Steve Culbert, Robert Shirley, Doug Hall, Raleigh Watson, Paul Bombardier, David Clark, Herb Taylor, Jim & Mary Markley, Lawrence & Margaret Clowser.

 Condolences to Family of Richard Clark

The Inurnment service for departed Chapter 313 member Richard Clark was held on Saturday June 12th, in the Veterans Circle at Mt. Hebron Cemetery.

Richard passed away April 2nd and his Obituary was published in the May issue of the Chapter “Chatter”.

      Members of Chapter 313 attending this service included Cmdr. Lew & Mary Jane Ewing, Isaac & Diane Lutrell, Steve Culbert, Raleigh Watson, Marshall DeHaven, Ed Ellis, Rob Shirley, Richard Ewing, Herb Taylor, Jack Keep, Paul Bombardier & Brett Osborn.

At 1:00 pm on May 31st, sponsored by  Middletown, VA, the Recognition & Wreath laying ceremony was held at the Middletown Veterans Memorial. The speaker for this program was Ms. Winsome Earle-Sears, the Republican candidate for the office of Lt. Governor for the Commonwealth of Virginia in this year’s November Election. shown above with Chapter 313 Commander Lew Ewing.
