National Cemetery Service
On May 31st, The American Red Cross hosted a Memorial Day program at the Winchester National Cemetery, assisted by the Col. James Wood II Chapter of the SAR, American Legion Post 2123 & others.
Speakers were Anthony Barnes, Veterans Affairs Mgr. in the office of Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton, and Glen Powers, Deputy under Secretary of field programs in the US National Cemeteries Administration.
Red Cross volunteers Edie McGoff and KWVA Chapter 313 member Narce Caliva present a wreath on Memorial Day.
