Gary Fletcher receives “Good Citizenship” award from Middletown’s mayor Harbaugh at Patriot’s Pride Day.

Gary Fletcher spent countless hours assisting Middletown with various projects.  He played a strategic part in designing, implementing and constructing the Middletown Veterans Memorial.  He assisted in receiving and implementing the newly donated flag poles and digital sign in front of the Town office.  He designed the brick structure which encases the sign.  Recruited manpower and supervised the project to its completion.  At the request of Mayor Charles Harbaugh IV, he assisted in the research, design, ordering, delivery and installation of the newly erected flag poles at the town park.  He was named the Town of Middletown's 2018 Citizen of the Year.
