One wonders where has this year gone?  This chapter has been involved in many activities, parades, visits to Korean Churches for recognition of your service, trip to the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, fund raising just to name a few.  For the most part, we’ve had reasonable participation by our members, but always could use more people to come to these events.  For the coming year, we’ll have a new 1st Vice Commander, Ed Hill.  Ed is one of our newer members and he’ll need everyone’s help in doing his job, so climb on board and wish him well.  I’m enthused about the Chapter’s effort to restart our “Tell America” program, and want to thank Dave Stegmaier for being willing to Chair the operation.  As I’ve

said many times, we need to do everything in our power to see that it is no longer a forgotten war.

Beverly and I, wish to extend our wishes for everyone to have a Glorious Holiday, Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.  Speaking of the New Year, this year marks the 70th year of the start-up of the war, and will result in numerous activities requiring us to visit D C, so keep that in mind.  In closing, I wish to thank everyone for their assistance this past year.

Notice: Official Notice of Annual Meeting & Election of Officers on Page 3.
