Chapter 313 lost a key member when Charles Hoak died on January 4 We have missed him (and especially his smiling face!) at our
meetings, since his stroke more than two years ago. Our thanks go to those of you who visited Charles since that time. He appreciated your visits! We send our deepest condolences to Lea. Approximately thirty of our members attended Charles’ funeral service – well done comrades!
“Buck” Thompson is confined to his home and there has been no improvement in his eyesight due to a stroke. He can have visitors at home, but one should coordinate any visits with the family, as some days are not convenient.
Please call or visit Charles Boyce at the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. His room number is 5th Floor, Ward B, Room 340. You may call him at 304-263-0811, Ext 2952. This will take you to the nursing station in Ward B who will connect you to Charles Boyce. Please call him or visit him. He is a charter member of our chapter.
