NOTES FROM THE CHAPLAIN

Rev. Raleigh Watson

Please continue to keep our members in mind, and as you hear of someone who is ill, hospitalized – or in any sort of difficulty – Let

your officers or the Chaplain/Member Service Committee know about it. We try to keep in touch with those who have needs. Many of us live alone, and a phone call asking about one’s status is most welcome, especially if he has missed a meeting or two. You are encouraged to make such calls yourself, but our committee has the specific responsibility to do it – and need you to keep us alerted to those in need. Thanks to all for this help!

Please take a moment and call or visit some of our comrades who are on our “concerns” list. Some suggestions:

Millard Pippin – home phone – 540-667-1876

Don Jones – home phone –540-869-1958

Leonard Laconia – 540-667-1716

Charles Hoak – 540- 533-1187 (Lea’s cell)

Ollie “Buck” Thompson 540-869-4496
