WINCHESTER, VA KWVA Chapter #313 member Billy Jackson Evans, 88, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. He was born on March 7, 1929 in Granite Falls, NC, the son of Wilson Winslow and Ethel Houck Evans. He graduated from Stokesdale High School in 1948.. He enlisted in the US Navy and served onboard USS Rendova CVE 114 during the Korean War. He worked with the US Department of Defense from 1955 until his retirement in 1984.

Francis was born on January 31, 1928, the son of Floyd O. and Mary Frances Hudson. He graduated from Boyce Agriculture High School in 1947 and served in the U. S. Army/66th Topographical Unit in Germany from 1951-1953 during the Korean Conflict.
